Avon Anew - Luminosity Pro Brightening Serum, Review

I just want to talk today about Avon Anew Luminosity Pro Brightening Serum, I know its been around since the middle of last year and it got highly raved about in magazines and what seems like everywhere else but I have only decided to use over the last 3 months so wanted to let you guys know what I thought about it.

Price £28 - Currently £20 on offer at Avon

What Avon say about this product - 'Dual formula serum formulated to go beyond visibly reducing wrinkles, by also brightening the skin and fading the look of dark spots. Lifts away dullness that can add years to the look of skin. Use every night before your night cream'

What I say about this product - First of all I think the website could of talked the product up a little bit more because they seem to have a lot of products that 'claim' to do these sort of things but actually don't and with this it does what it says it does.
Anyway lets start with the bottle itself, it has a very clean look about it but also I feel it feels a tad clinical but I like that it makes it feel like its actually going to work before you even try the product itself, it also has a clean white pump top that's adds to the ease of use and makes your product last longer.

The product itself is amazing, I'm so annoyed that I don't have any before and after pictures to show you as my laptop went mad a little while back and all my old photos were deleted never to be seen again :(
It feels very greasy when you apply it but don't let this put you off as it quickly absorbs into the skin and doesn't leave a greasy residue or anything like that but if you use to much of it, it can cause a stinging sensation which is warned on the leaflet that comes with it and says to use less if this occurs I have only found this happen with me once when I got a little pump happy while not concentrating.
I noticed that after just a few days of using this my skin was already turning from a grey looking dull colour to a much brighter pinker colour and my face looked fresh and revitalised. Also some darkening I had on my cheeks when I was pregnant and had never gone away had also disappeared, and the very feint frown lines I was getting were impossible to see anymore so my skin was definitely more plump.

I am so impressed with this product and would recommend if you are looking for something to 'brighten' you up to definitely try it, a bottle lasts for ages so it is well worth the money spent on it and sometimes you can pick it up for as little as £16.
Just to let you know as well I only used this and whatever night cream I am using at the time nothing else from the same range so this is just this product that has done this and no regime that uses other products from the line.

Have any of you tried this? Is it something you are interested in?

Thanks for reading
