I have wanted MAC's Please Me for a little while now but just never really got around to purchasing it, so when I was browsing Twitter recently I saw that Phoebe was selling hers brand new for a reasonable price I thought now is my time to snap it up!. Now if you have been reading my blog since the beginning you will know I used to be easily offended by Matte Lipsticks, hated the sight of them but now I can't seem to get enough of them and have a good few in my collection.
Please Me is a gorgeous pink shade, that applies opaque in just one swipe!. I have read a few reviews of this saying that its a very drying and unforgiving matte shade but for me personally I don't actually think it is, yes you can tell its a matte lipstick but it hasn't got that tight I can't rub my lips together feeling and I actually think MAC Satin Lipsticks feel more matte than this one does. It lasts for a good 3-4 hours before I even notice it has started to wear and it didn't once feel like my lips were begging for moisture although it is not moisturising like others can be, if you don't like the feel of matte lipsticks you can always pop a bit of lip balm or gloss over the top to give them a hydrating lease of life because for me personally this is too pretty a colour not to have.
I can see me getting so much wear out of this and it becoming a firm favourite in my collection.
