I love mascara, I think it is the one essential I couldn't live without.... Well that and lipstick!.
Anyway I know I bang on about my Avon SuperShock mascara and I have even raved about my NYC Sky Rise mascara but yet still I had to try out another because I had seen so many raves about it and it was on a ridiculous offer the day I bought it so thought why not.
Hmm where do I start with this mascara? I like the packaging - it looks sleek and more expensive compared to the price, it's a decent black and it leaves my lashes looking OK.
Now I say it leaves my lashes looking OK because that's all I feel it does, they don't have that major oomph factor that I feel my others give me, it just feels like it has coated my lashes in black. They also feel slightly clumped together, you have to really put some time and effort into applying it to make sure that they feel separated. I think this is due to the fact that the brush only has bristles on the sides and then is flat on the other two sides.
Overall I think this is a good everyday black mascara but I will not be repurchasing it due to the fact I have tried others that have claimed to do the same and have worked much better.

Deletethat wand seems so pointless and small and for something like me with very thick lashes i can imagine it'll just clump like hell xx
ReplyDeleteYeah it just seems to coat them plus one side is flat so if you get it the wrong way you're just kind of applying product not using the brush xx
DeleteI tried this mascara and I didn't personally like it.I felt that it made my eye lashes too stringy.I have naturally thick lashes and it took away that thick look and made them seem thin.My favorite mascara is DiorShow Black Out Mascara. I also use a swipe of lash primer after I curl my lashes to make it last longer.
